Add bacteriostatic water (preferred) or sterile water to the vial slowly, directing the liquid to the side of the glass — do not inject directly onto the lyophilized powder. Gently swirl to dissolve; do not shake vigorously. Allow 5–10 minutes for complete dissolution.

Most peptides reconstitute well in bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol in sterile water). For poorly soluble peptides, a small amount of acetic acid (10–30%) or DMSO can be used to aid dissolution before diluting with water. Each product CoA includes specific reconstitution guidance.

Reconstituted peptides should be stored at 2–8°C (refrigerator) for up to 28 days, or aliquoted and stored at −20°C for longer-term use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles as this degrades peptide integrity.

Common concentrations for research use are 1–2 mg/mL. Add the appropriate volume of solvent to achieve your desired working concentration. Refer to the Certificate of Analysis for the net weight of each vial.
