By placing an order, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and will use products in compliance with all applicable laws.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or placing an order with MediPeptide, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Research Use Only
All products are sold exclusively for in-vitro research and laboratory use by qualified professionals. MediPeptide products are not approved by any regulatory authority (including FDA, EMA, or equivalent) for human or veterinary use. Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to purchase research chemicals in their jurisdiction.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are placed by contacting us directly via WhatsApp or Telegram. All prices are listed in USD. MediPeptide reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion. Payment terms are communicated at the time of order confirmation.
4. Product Quality
All products are verified at 99%+ purity by HPLC and Mass Spectrometry. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is provided with every batch. In the event of a verified quality discrepancy, MediPeptide will replace the affected product or issue a refund at its discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
MediPeptide shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for compliance with local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, and use of research compounds.
6. Jurisdiction
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify the legality of purchasing, importing, and possessing these products in their country or jurisdiction. MediPeptide makes no representations about the legality of its products in any specific jurisdiction.
7. Changes to Terms
MediPeptide reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
