All lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for short transit periods. Products are packaged with insulating materials to maintain integrity during shipping. For sensitive compounds, cold-pack inserts are included upon request.
4. Packaging
All shipments are packaged discreetly with no external branding or product identification. Inner packaging is secure and tamper-evident. Products are sealed under inert atmosphere where required.
5. Customs & Import Duties
The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the importation of research compounds complies with local laws and regulations. MediPeptide is not responsible for delays, seizures, or additional costs resulting from customs inspection. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
